Order & Shipping

Q: Where does Luckteez ship from?

A: Luckteez ships from the United States. We focus on faster U.S. fulfillment to help customers receive their orders more smoothly and reliably.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: For most orders, tracking information will be available within 72 hours after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

After shipment, estimated delivery time is usually 3–8 business days within the United States, depending on your shipping address, carrier service, and local delivery conditions.

Q: Does tracking information mean my order has shipped?

A: Yes. Once tracking information is available, it means your order has been shipped and has entered the carrier’s shipping process.

Please note that tracking updates may take additional time to appear in the carrier’s system.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link.

If your tracking number does not update right away, please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier to scan and update the package information.

Q: Why is my tracking number not updating?

A: Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the package or shipping information. Delays may also happen during holidays, weekends, busy seasons, or carrier system updates.

Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Available payment methods will be shown at checkout. These may include major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options depending on your region and device.

Q: Is my payment secure?

A: Yes. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Luckteez does not store your full credit card number or full payment details.

Product & Size

Q: How do I choose the right size?

A: Please check the Size Guide before placing your order. We recommend comparing the measurements with a shirt you already own for the best fit.

Q: Will the product color look exactly like the photos?

A: We do our best to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, or display resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

A: Because many Luckteez items are prepared after purchase, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a clear production issue, please contact us and we will help review the issue.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

A: Please contact us within 7 days after delivery and include your order number, clear photos of the item, photos of the issue, and a short description of the problem.

Order Changes

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because orders may enter fulfillment quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has started processing or has been shipped.
