At Luckteez, we want you to be happy with your order. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Because many Luckteez products are prepared after purchase, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item.
However, we will help resolve issues if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a production problem.
Eligible Issues
Please contact us if:
- You received a damaged item
- You received a defective item
- You received the wrong item
- The print or product has a clear production issue
- Your order is missing an item
Please contact us within 14 days after delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Photo Proof Required
To help us review your request, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A clear photo of the issue
- A photo of the shipping label or package, if needed
- A short description of the problem
Return or Exchange Process
Once we receive your request, we will review the information and determine the best solution.
Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or other solution.
Please do not return any item without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:
- Items with no quality issue
- Items returned because of wrong size selection
- Items returned because of a change of mind
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items, unless there is a defect or error
Size Issues
Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend comparing the measurements with a shirt you already own.
We may not be able to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because orders may enter fulfillment quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has started processing or has been shipped.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item.
If a return is approved for reasons not caused by Luckteez, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
