Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including your shipping address, product availability, order volume, and how quickly we can prepare your items for shipment.

At Luckteez, orders are shipped from the United States. For most orders, tracking information will be available within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Once tracking information is available, it means your order has been shipped and entered the carrier’s shipping process.

Shipping time: 3–8 business days after shipment

Total estimated delivery time: 3–11 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, high order volume, or incorrect shipping information.

Other available shipping destinations, if supported, will be shown at checkout.

Luckteez mainly serves customers in the United States. If your location is not available at checkout, it means we may not currently support shipping to that area.

Shipping Fee

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

The final shipping cost may depend on your order total, shipping destination, and available shipping method.

If free shipping or promotional shipping is available, it will be shown on the product page, cart page, or checkout page.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link.

Tracking information may take some time to update after it is created. If your tracking number does not update immediately, please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier to scan and update the package information.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.
